Virtual Learning Product Packages

This learning package caters to children studying from home. The package enables learners to cover their class’ syllabus under the Uganda National curriculum without necessarily having to be in a school setting. These learners can be located in or out of Uganda.

The GSVL Home School encompasses the following aspects:

• Complete coverage of the Uganda National Curriculum following a suitable homeschool timetable as advised by experts. 
• Small class numbers.
• Daily online teacher engagements. 
• Incorporation of project work.
• Incorporation of co-curricular activities.
• Engagement in online discussions with classmates.
• Access to at least 1 counseling session fortnightly.
• Home visits twice a week by a COVID-19 vaccinated teacher.
• Students can register and sit for both school and national examinations. 
• Comprehensive work books.

Following the Minister of Education and Sport’s address where it was highlighted that there will be no more Nursery / Kindergarten school until the COVID-19 pandemic is over, many parents and early educationists were left wondering what will happen to the students meant to have been currently in the Nursery section. This learning package caters to these children between the ages 3 to 6 years and is aimed at keeping them engaged and preparing them for the primary section.

GSVL Infant Care encompasses the following aspects:

• Highly interactive and practical lessons.
• Lessons based on learner needs.
• Creative incorporation of play and gamification.
• Creative incorporation of co-curricular activities.

This learning packaged is aimed at keeping learners engaged during the weekends and supplementing what they are learning during the week while they are at school.

GSVL Weekend Engagement encompasses the following aspects:

• Small student classes.
• Remedial classes aimed to help learners further internalize taught concepts.
• A wide range of co-curricular activities like cooking, public speaking., coding and programing, music, violin and so much more which learners can choose to grow their skills in. 

This package is aimed at keep learners who are currently in their vacation productively engaged as well as, preparing them for their next level of education.

The GSVL Vacist Booster encompasses the following aspects:

• Small student classes.
• Academic classes aimed to help learners to prepare for the core academic subjects in their next level of education. 
• A wide range of co-curricular activities like cooking, public speaking., coding and programing, music, violin and so much more which learners can choose to grow their skills in. 

When children break off from school, many parents are not sure how to keep them engaged. In addition, there is a worry that these learners could forget all the concepts they have learned throughout the holiday if they are not engaged in activities to keep their memory refreshed. This learning package is aimed at keeping the learners engaged during their school recess. 

The GSVL Holiday Engagement encompasses the following aspects:

• Up to 10 Online teacher engagements per week (2 engagements per day during the morning period for 5 days).
• Access to other co-curricular lessons as public speaking and computer classes, etiquette, music, art and so much more. 
• Each child has access to at least 2 online counselling sessions with a professional counsellor during the holiday should they have any challenges they could be facing. 
• 2 hours of online student discussions per week. These are to be guided by the teacher but are to be student led. 
• Comprehensive holiday work package. 
• Project work assignments every week (Art and design, agriculture, music etc.)
